Bridge Builders - Student Leadership Program

“Bridge Builders” is the Bridge’s student leader discipleship program. It’s an opportunity for students to serve in various capacities including: building prep, cleaning, cooking, special projects, administration & more. Students will work directly with trained staff and other students in a fun environment and learn responsibility, team work, leadership, and the value of serving others. Students participate in weekly studies and conversational based trainings where they are challenged to grow in an understanding of what it practically means to love others as Jesus does.

Students arrive before doors open to help prep The Bridge and enjoy fellowship with Bridge Leaders. Students are also required to serve in some capacity for 1 shift each Friday during open hours. To become a Bridge Builder, students are required to complete an application, followed by an interview with a program leader.
